Are Adventurer campers any good?
In today’s blog post, we will answer the following question: Are Adventurer campers any good? We will discuss seven features that make Adventurers good truck campers. We will also review some of the most important amenities and floor plans of Adventurer campers.
Are Adventurer campers any good?
Adventurer campers are good and extremely innovative products, with plenty of floor plans for lots of different pick-up trucks.
Here are the reasons why you may want to get an Adventurer camper:
- Adventurer truck campers are four-season, thus very well insulated. Adventurer is actually the number one selling truck camper in all of Canada. And as you may know, Canada has a lot of extreme weather: they have beautiful weather and they have cold weather. Adventurer is the number one choice for people in that area and that says a lot about the insulating properties of these truck campers.
- Adventurer truck campers have a TCC or true composite construction. The manufacturer uses a wood frame on the non-slide models and an aluminum frame on their slide outlines.
TCC implies the use of LamiLux 4000 gel coat fiberglass and this is one of the thickest cuts of fiberglass you can get in a truck camper. On the inside wall, the manufacturer uses cell block foam insulation, which is a much thicker denser block foam. This is excellent for weather extremes, especially for hot summer nights or very cold winter evenings. Because of the way it’s designed and of TCC, Adventurer truck campers are going to have a longer lifespan.
- Adventurer campers and Quad Seem: All Adventurer campers are sealed with butyl silicone both inside and outside. Adventurer use butyl on the inside and then a silicone finish, which is a much nicer, cleaner and elegant look. Butyl silicone is a much better system than what other manufacturers are using.
- For the roof, Adventurer campers use a one-piece seamless TPO. TPO stands for thermal polyolefin. Essentially this is a rubber roof but much stronger. The Adventurer roof will not expand or contract in extreme temperatures, you will not have any leaks issues. It will also save you a lot of time in maintenance and money on repairs.
- With Adventurer campers you have a three-year structural warranty. Besides making high-quality truck campers, you can also count on LED lights, a friction hinge door on the back which is great in the windy days, and then you get to have all insulated and ducted heating tanks.
- The Adventurer campers also have very elegant features. They build their own cabinetry, use seamless countertops and tabletops.
- Also, there are plenty of floor plans to choose from with Adventurer campers. You can choose a camper designed for a short bed or long bed truck.
So to recap, Adventurer campers are good truck campers, they offer better construction, better quality, and a better product overall. We have mentioned the TPO roof, the gel coat fiber lines, the temperature control and the humidity control.
